摘要
对广东省6个地区6所中学24名高中英语教师的课堂观摩和访谈结果表明:整体而言,高中英语阅读教学较《新课标》实施前有了一定的改进,主要体现为从重语言知识传授到培养阅读能力的转变。但同时还有很多方面有待改善,如淡化甚至舍弃语法、词汇教学,注重对文章表层信息的理解、忽略跨文化现象等。其原因可追溯到教师学科内容知识和学科教学知识欠缺,重模仿,轻思考等方面。为此,应引导教师加强自我学习、完善知识体系,通过教学反思等途径加强教学实践与理论的有效结合。
The classroom observations and interviews with 24 senior high school English teachers reveal that there has been great progress in the teaching of English reading with the focus shifting from language knowledge to reading ability. Meanwhile, many aspects remain to be improved, such as underestimating the importance of grammar and vocabulary and neglecting cross-cultural information. The findings could be explained by teachers' lack of pedagogical content knowledge and the mechanical imitation in teaching. Thus, teachers should be encouraged to strengthen their study and perfect their knowledge system, and more important, reflect on their teaching to develop the effective joint between teaching practice and theory.
