摘要
船闸人字门顶门检修的传统方法是采用液压千斤顶手动作业,工作效率低,时间长,技术风险大。长江三峡通航管理局研制的同步升降系统,能适应偏载大负荷大尺寸构件的快速升降要求,同步精度高,调整性能好。以同步升降系统在葛洲坝一号船闸检修中的应用为例,介绍该系统的技术性能、应用方法以及与传统方式的效果比较。
Traditional method for overhaul of the top of miter gate is through manual operation by hydraulic hoisting jack, which has the shortcomings of low efficiency and great risk. The synchrolifting lifting system developed by Changjiang Three-Gorges Navigation Bureau is adaptable to the requirement of quick lifting of seriously deviated heavy load & large-diameter members, and possesses the advantages of high precision and good performance of adjustment. Taking the application of the synchrolifting system in overhaul of Gezhouba No.1 Lock as an example, this paper describes the technical performance and application method of this system, and the comparison with those of the traditional method as well.
