计算机监控系统从热网的实际运行出发,以热力站本地智能控制为主,以远程控制为辅。计算机监控系统利用先进的计算机技术和可靠的无线通信技术,对各热力站的运行参数进行实时远程监测,采用智能控制仪对热力站实行本地智能控制,以适应室外温度与热网运行状况的变化。
Aimed at the practical operation of heat-supply network, the computer-based monitoring system relies mainly on local intelligent control of substations while making remote control subsidiary. The system adopts advanced computer technique and reliable wireless communication technique to real-timely and remotely monitor the operational parameters of all the substations, and uses intelligent instruments to implement local intelligent control of the substation, so as to suit the change of outdoor temperature and the heat-supply network running conditions.
