摘要
文章探讨了院校研究起源和历史演进、院校研究机构、特点、原则与策略及其在我国的现状和发展趋势,认为院校研究与高教管理存在互动,现代大学管理呼唤院校研究。
The paper introduced the origin and development of institutional research, discussed its feature, construction, principles and tactics, development status quo and trend in our eotmtry. The paper also held that institutional research interacted with higher education management, and modem university management appealed institutional research.
