On Innovative Management for Part-time Faculties in HELS

我国高校兼职教师已经成为高校教师队伍中的一支重要力量。但由于至今还没有形成专门的兼职教师管理制度,导致高校在管理的过程中出现了不少问题,这些问题只能通过对兼职教师人性化管理、制度化管理、法制化管理来解决。

In our country, part- time faculties in HELS have become an important force of the groups of teachers in HEI.S. However, as the special management system for part- time faculties haven＇ t formed yet, a few problems are caused in the management process of HELS. And we can only solve the problems through the human- based management, the systematic management and the management within the law for part-time faculties.
