2003~2004年玉溪市红塔区暗娼艾滋病干预措施评价

Evaluation on AIDS Intervention to Unlicensed Prostitute in Hongta District of Yuxi from 2003 to 2003

[目的]了解暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识和危险行为水平,评价中英艾滋病暗娼艾滋病干预措施效果。[方法]在玉溪市红塔区抽取部分暗娼,于2003年实施艾滋病预防措施的健康教育干预,分别于干预前和2004年进行1次艾滋病相关知识知晓情况与危险行为水平调查。[结果]2003年、2004年分别调查366名、374名暗娼,最近1个月商业性行为时坚持使用安全套者所占比例分别为38.25%、77.54%;绝大多数评价指标2004年均好于2003年(P<0.05或<0.01)。[结论]暗娼人群仍然存在艾滋病的危险行为,对暗娼进行的艾滋病干预措施有效。

[Objective]To understand related AIDS knowledge and behavior in unlicensed prostitutes , evaluate the effect of IADS intervention. [Methods] Health education on AIDS prevention was conducted for some unlicensed prostitutes in 2003 in Yuxi city. Investigation was carried out on related AIDS knowledge and dangerous behavior before and after intervention. [Results]Among 366 and 374 unlicensed prostitutes investigated in 2003 and 2004,38.25 % and 77.54 % of them used condom when they had commercial sex activities in the last one month. The evaluation index in 2004 was higher than that in 2003 （ P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]It was effective to conduct AIDS intervention to unlicensed prostitutes but AIDS intervention must be strengthened.
