开展农村社区糖尿病健康教育对提高糖尿病知识-态度-行为的效果评价

Evaluation on the Effect of Health Education for Improving the Knowledge-attitude-practice to Diabetes in Rural Community

[目的]了解糖尿病健康教育前、后糖尿病患者和一般人群糖尿病有关知识、态度、行为变化情况,探索在农村地区开展糖尿病教育的方法。[方法]2005年6月,对上海市嘉定区马陆镇2个综合防治试点村的糖尿病患者和一般人群进行调查,并与2002年的基线调查情况比较。[结果]干预后与干预前比较,患者和一般人群对糖尿病常见症状、肥胖易患糖尿病、遗传因素、饮食运动控制的知晓率,查过血糖、知道自己血糖水平者所占比例均有较大幅度提高;患者中度活动参与率增高,一般人群轻度活动程度增高。[结论]针对农村地区的糖尿病健康教育干预对改变患者和一般人群的知识、态度和行为效果明显。

[Objective]To understand the patients＇ and the common people＇s knowledge-attitude-practice to diabetes before and after health education,explore effective health education in rural community. [Methods]Investigation was conducted in diabetes patients and people from 2 comprehensive diabetes response of Malu town,Jiading district in June 2005 in comparison with data from baseline investigation in 2002. [Results]The patients＇ and people＇s knowledge on the common symptoms of diabetes, fat diabetes, hereditary cause,control through diet and exercises , blood-sugar content detection was improved a lot after intervention. The number of the patients to do moderate exercises increased and the people to do light exercises increased. [Conclusion]It was effective to conduct health education on the knowledge of diabetes in rural community.
