过氧乙酸消毒液的毒理学评价

Toxicological Evaluation on Peracetic Acid

[目的]了解过氧乙酸使用的安全性。[方法]按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》的检验及评价方法进行毒理学试验。[结果]过氧乙酸对小鼠急性经口LD50=926 mg/kg,属低毒;其含2 000 mg/L过氧乙酸溶液对小鼠急性经口LD50>5 000 mg/kg及对皮肤刺激属无刺激性;过氧乙酸对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核作用。[结论]含量为2 000 mg/L的过氧乙酸溶液安全可靠,可应用于杀菌消毒。

[Objective]To investigate the security of Peracetic Acid. [Methods]Toxicological experiment was performed based on the evaluation and testing approaches of MOH《Technical Standard For Disinfections》. [Results]The toxicity of mouse acute oral toxicity test With peracetic acid （LD50=926 mg/kg） was low. It had no irritation to the skin by mouse acute oral toxicity test with 2 000 mg/L of peracetic acid （LD50〉5 000 mg/kg）. It had no micronucleus effect to polychromatic erythrocytes of the mouse. [Conclusion]2 000 mg/L of the peracetic acid was a safe , stable disinfectant and suitable for sterilization.
