2005年平阴县医疗机构消毒质量调查

Investigation on the Effect of Disinfection in Medical Establishments of Pingyin County in 2005

[目的]为了解平阴县各级医疗机构消毒现况，有的放矢的加强医疗机构消毒工作的管理，预防和控制院内感染的发生。[方法]2005年3～4月、9～10月2次采用《消毒技术规范》的方法对全县216个医疗机构进行消毒检测。检测结果按GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》进行评价。[结果]共采样1830份，合格1191份，合格率为65．08％，其中县、乡镇、厂企、村级医疗机构的合格率分别是90．65％、69．71％、66．76％、54．01％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]不同级别的医疗机构消毒质量差别较大（乡镇与厂企医疗机构的消毒质量差别不大），县级的较好，乡镇及厂企级一般，村级的最差。

[Objective]To understand the effect of disinfections in medical establishments at all levels in Pingyin county so as to strengthen the administration to disinfections in medical establishments, prevent and control occurrence of infection in hospitals. [Methods]Tests were carried out in 216 medical establishments in Pingyin county twice from March to April ,and from Sept to Oct 2005, with the method of ＂Technical Standard of Disinfections＂ . The investigation results were evaluated according to ＂ Hygienic Standard of Disinfections in Hospital ＂ （GB 15982-1995）. [Results]Of the 1 830 samples,1 191 of them were up to the standard. The qualified rate was 65. 08%. The qualified rate of the samples from the medical establishments at county level, town, industrial enterprises and villages were 90.65 %, 69.71%, 66.76% and 54.01 % respectively. There was difference （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The effect of disinfections in medical establishments of small towns and the industrial enterprises was almost the same. The effect of disinfections at county levels was much better than that in small towns and industrial enterprises. But it was worst in the medical establishments at village level.
