摘要
采用碳分法并经油酸钠表面改性制备了纳米Al(OH)3粉体,用活化指数法对改性效果进行了评价.实验结果表明:油酸钠用量为1%、改性温度为60℃、改性时间为30 min时,氢氧化铝的表面改性效果最好,其活化指数可达98%;改性后氢氧化铝呈单分散性,平均粒度约为50 nm.
Nano- Al(OH)3 power were prepared by the carbonation method and sodium oleate surface modification. The modification results were analysed by the methods of the activation indices. The results show that modification of nano -Al (OH)3 is best with a 98% activation index at the conditions of modifier's dosage of 1 % ,modified temperature at 60 ℃ ,modified time of 30 min. The modified Al(OH)3 is in monodispersion with a average particle size about 50 nm.
