Implementation of Information System for Urban County Planning and Management

结合丹阳市规划管理系统建设的需求分析,总结了县级城市规划管理的特点。介绍了如何克服技术难题,在现有的技术和设备条件下,使系统既满足用户的要求又具有良好开放性和可扩充性。突出了城乡一体化特点,运用地理信息和文档信息的相互影射,加强两者的互操作能力,提高了系统的响应速度。

This paper summaries the characteristic of the County Urban Planning Management Information System （CUP-MIS） by analysis the demand of Danyang urban planning management information system construction .Under existing technology and equipment condition, it has overcome technological problem tentatively and come to good opening and expand-ability. Outstanding the city-country integrality; Counterfeiting between geographical information and file information strengthens the operation ability of one to another, improves the system responding speed.
