摘要
目的探讨女性抗精神病药物源性肥胖的性激素水平及其发病机理。方法采用磁性分离酶联免疫对抗精神病药物源性肥胖的44例女性精神分裂症患者和44例非肥胖女性精神分裂症患者的催乳素、雌二醇、睾酮,以及身高、体重、体型指数进行测评分析。结果研究组血清催乳素、睾酮水平显著高于对照组(t=7.71,9.29,P<0.01),雌二醇水平显著低于对照组(t=5.92,P<0.01)。两组血清催乳素水平均与体型指数呈正相关(P<0.05);雌二醇水平均与体型指数呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论抗精神病药物源性肥胖的女性患者存在性激素水平异常,而性激素异常可能是抗精神病药物源性体重增加的主要原因。
Objective To explore the level of sexual hormone in the female patients with obesity induced by antipsychotic drugs and pathogeny. Methods The serum levels of prolactin (PRL), estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) were measured and analyzed by magnetic antibody immunity assay (MAIA) and so were height, weight and habitus index(HI) in 44 female obese schizophrenics and 44 non-obese ones. Results The serum levels of PRL and T were significantly higher of the research group than of control group (t=7.71,P〈0.01), and the serum levels orE2 lower (t=5.92,P〈0.01). For both the two groups, there was the positive correlation between the serum level of PRL and HI (P〈0.05), and negative correlations between E2 and HI (P〈0.05). Conclusion There were the abnormalities of the level of sexual hormone in the female schizophrenic patients with obesity induced by antipsychotic drugs and the abnormalities may be the main reason of weight gain induced by antipsychotic drugs.
