中学生药物滥用行为危险因素调查研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨中学生精神活性药物滥用行为的危险因素,为制定相应预防措施提供依据。方法选取乐昌市300名中学生药物滥用者为研究组,随机抽取与研究组性别、年龄相匹配的600名正常中学生为对照组,采用自拟问卷进行调查,并进行单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归分析。结果两组自拟问卷单因素Logistic回归分析发现,11个因素有极显著性差异(P均<0.01);将11个有显著意义的因素进行多因素条件Logistic回归分析,结果发现影响中学生精神活性药物滥用行为的主要危险因素为父母有药物滥用、学习成绩差、缺课、暴力行为、自觉孤独、家庭关系不和睦,而多与父母交流则为主要保护因素。结论中学生是药物滥用行为预防和控制的重点人群,良好的家庭环境、父母正确的教育方式及健康的学校、社会环境是防治中学生药物滥用行为的重要因素。 Objective To explore the risk factors of the psychoactive drug abuse in middle school students in order to provide evidences for formulating corresponding preventive measures. Methods 300 students were selected from Lechang city who were drug-abuser as research group, and control group were randomly selected 600 normal ones matched for age and sex. Investigations were conducted with the Self-made Questionnaire and so were single-and multiple-factor conditional logistic regression analyses. Results Single-factor logistic regression analyses showed that there were very significant differences in 11 factors between the 2 groups(all P〈0.01) ; multiple-factor conditional logistic regression analyses in the 11 factors showed that the main risk factors of psychoactive drug abuse in middle school students were parents' drug abuse, poor performance record, absent from class, violence, self-conscious loneliness and un-harmony family relation, the main protective factor was more exchanges between parents and children. Conclusion Middle school students are the key population for preventing home environment, parents' correct educational way and healt portant factors for preventing and curing drug abuse in the me and controlling drug abuse, and favourable hy school and society environments the imddle school students.
