Trading is the fundamental function of open distributed processing systems to compose an open cooperative system. It is a kind of improvement of network directory service and binder service in RPC, and has more comprehensive formal semantic description capability. The basic functions of trading service is introduced in the paper, and its working mechanism and required op-erations are discussed as well.
