Clinical Significance of Uric Trace Albumin in Type 2 Diabetes

要目的要探讨2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白变化的意义。方法要采用透射比浊法对182例2型糖尿病(2型糖尿病组)尿微量白蛋白进行检测,并与50例健康人(对照组)比较。结果要2型糖尿病组的尿微量白蛋白与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);且2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白的检出率(36.26%)显著高于对照组(0.00%)。结论要尿微量白蛋白作为2型糖尿病患者的常规检查项目,可较早发现肾病患者,对其采取必要的措施能延缓糖尿病患者并发症的病程。

Objective To discuss the significance of uric trace albumin change in type 2 diabetes. Methods To detect the uric trace albumin in 182 patients with type 2 diabetes and 50 healthy people by turbidimetry. Results The detection rate of uric trace albumin in type 2 diabetes is 32.26%, while in healthy people it is 0%. The comparison of the results is significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nephrosis can be found and complicating diseases of type 2 diabetes can be delayed, if detection of uric trace albumin is done in type 2 diabetes.
