Gene Company Limited was founded in August 1992 in Hong Kong by a group of enthusiastic biotechnologists. Our scope of business can be categorized into two main areas; （a） distribution of full range molecular and cell biology insmunentation, reagents and consumables; and （b） consultation services on research projects and experimental techniques. By Now, Gene prides itself as being one of the leading distributors for biotechnology products, e.g. Affymetrix, Applied Imaging, Corbett Research, Dako, Li-Cor and Biotage and has successfully become one of the major research product suppliers to major genomics, proteomics, biochip and stem cell research centres in China. Gene is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gene Group Holdings Limited in Hong Kong. Apart from distribution activities, the Group is also engaged in biotech products R＆D and manufacturing, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） technology development.
