摘要
目的观察两种粘弹剂V iscoat和Amvisc Plus在超声乳化术中对角膜内皮细胞的保护作用,并作定量分析。方法10只纯种日本大耳白兔随机分为两组:V iscoat组和Amvisc Plus组。每组5只兔,每只兔双眼行超声乳化术,术后6小时应用裂隙灯显微镜检查角膜,并用接触性角膜内皮显微镜观察角膜内皮细胞密度,同时在透射电镜下观察角膜内皮细胞的形态学变化。结果V is-coat组角膜大多透明,内皮细胞损失率最小(4.99±2.70)%,而Amvisc Plus组角膜水肿明显,内皮细胞损失率(8.22±1.52)%,与V iscoat组对比差异显著(P<0.05),透射电镜显示V iscoat组内皮细胞损害小。结论在相同的手术条件下,弥散性粘弹剂V iscoat对比其他粘弹性物质保护效果要好。
Objective To observe the protective effects of two kinds of viscoelastic substances in phacoemulsification on the corneal endothelium and make the quantitative analysis. Methods Ten rabbits were divided into 2 groups randomly: the Viseoat group and the Amvise Plus group. There were 5 rabbits in each group. Both eyes of each rabbit were performed with the phaeoemulsifieations. After 6 hours of operation, all eyes were screened by slit lamp microscopy. The endothelial cell density were evaluated by contact specular microscope. The morphological changes were observed through the electron microscope after 6 hours of operation. Results There were obvious cell density reduction compared with preoperation(P 〈 0.05). The mean rate of endothelial cell loss after 6 hours of operation was (4.99 ± 2.70) % in the Viseoat group, (8.22 ± 1.52)% in the Amvise Plus group. It was demonstrated that the morphological changes of the corneal endothelium were slighter in the Viscoat group than in the Amvisc Plus group. Conclusion Under the same condition of operation, the dispersive viscoelastic substance--Viscoat is more effective in protecting endothelial cells than others.
