农业专利产业化现状及制约因素

The Current Situation and Restriction Factors of the Industrialization of Agricultural patent

本文根据农业专利产业化的现状,分析了影响农业专利产业化的制约因素主要有三个方面:其一,农业专利数量偏少、质量较低;其二,农业是一个弱质产业;最后,促进农业专利产业化的社会条件不成熟。

Through the analysis of the current situation of the industrialization of agricultural patent, we find that there are three restriction factors： first, the agricultural patent quantity are few, and quality is not well; second, the agriculture is a weak quality estate; last, the society condition of the industrialization of the agricultural paten is not mature.
