摘要
本文就80m全自动天然气隧道窑监控系统的设计进行了剖析。重点介绍了窑车自动循环系统、燃烧系统、温度压力自动控制系统、Fameview集控软件功能、PLC控制。对上位机、下位机的通讯结构与功能原理也作了详尽的阐述。
The design on monitor system of 80-meter-long full auto control natural gas fueled tunnel kiln was introduced. The kiln car automotive system, burning system, pressure and temperature auto control system, functions of Fameview integrated and controlled software, PLC control, the structure of epigyny and hypogyny＇s communication and it＇s functions and principles were explained.
