摘要
混合式步进电机的工作原理类似于永磁同步电机,完全可以引入同步电机的先进控制方法.从同步电机控制的角度来控制步进电机,就从根本上跳出了步进电机细分控制是对相电流控制的限制,实现了全新的脉冲细分控制.基于这一理论开发出以电机控制专用的数字信号处理器芯片TMS320LF2407为核心的三相混合式步进电机脉冲细分控制器.
Hybrid stepping motor is similar to permanent magnet synchronous motor in functional principle, therefore, it can be controlled by the advanced control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor. A new control method is obtained from control at aspect of synchronous motor instead of control of phase currency. A three- phase hybrid stepping motor pulse subdivision controller based on TMS320LF2407 DSP is designed based on this theory.
