摘要
利用自行设计制备的新型潮湿煤炭分级设备,进行了潮湿煤炭外在水分对气流分级效率的影响研究,在外在水分为6%时可以获得总分级效率82.92%、分级精度0.61,在外在水分为10%仍然可以获得总分级效率77.02%、分级精度0.57。在外在水分很高的情况下采用本设备仍然可以获得理想的分级效果。
A new apparatus for wet coal classification were designed, some experiments have been done to explore the efficiency on pneumatic classification of the wet coal's moisture, In the condition of 6%, the classification efficiency achieved 82. 92% with the classification precision 0. 61, when the surface moisture is 10%, the efficiency achieved 77.02% with the precision 0. 57. An ideal efficiency can be achieved by using this apparatus when the surface moisture is very high.
