摘要
通过数学方法拟合,得到了焦炭在气化温度1000℃,水蒸气流量2ml/min条件下氯的释放量与气化时间之间的函数关系。通过这一函数关系,可以预测达到最大氯释放速率的气化时间,以及氯释放的最大速率,为共热解焦炭在气化过程中氯的有效控制提供依据。
Under the gasification temperature 1000℃ and the gasification agent flow rate 2ml/min, the functional relationship between the chlorine release quantity and the gasification time was fit with mathematical method. Through the functional relation, can dope out the gasification time of the biggest chlorine release speed, and the biggest chlorine release speed. So offer the gist to co - pyrolysis coke of controling chlorine effectively in the gasifi- cation process.
