摘要
在15—35℃范围内的5个温度下测定了温度对切割潜蝇茧蜂的个体发育和种群存活率的影响。结果表明,温度对切割潜蝇茧蜂的发育历期均有显著影响,采用Logistic曲线方程模型与线型日度方程模型都能较好地反映该蜂发育的进度,但Logistic曲线方程模型优于线型日度方程模型;采用最小二乘法对发育起点温度和有效积温进行估算,求得切割潜蝇茧蜂的发育起点温度为9.126℃,有效积温为379.12(度·日);同时,寄生率(Y)和温度(x)呈抛物线曲线关系,每雌平均寄生率在25℃左右达最大值21.5%;在适温区内,成蜂种群寿命随温度升高而缩短。结合不同繁蜂温度条件下的性比情况,建议室内繁蜂以25℃为宜。
The development and survival of Psyttalia incisi, a larval parasitoid of a invasive pest in South China, Bactrocera dorsalis, were tested under five constant temperatures ranged from 15 ℃ to 35 ℃. The relationships between the development rates of the parasitoid, from egg to adult, and temperature were of logistic equation. The threshold temperature of development for the generation was 9. 126 ℃, and the effective accumulative temperature for total life history was 379.12 (℃ · d). The relationship between survival rate (Y) and temperature (x) was described as parabola. Longevity of the adult decreased with the increase of temperature. The mean parasitism per female was the highest , and the sex ration was relatively reasonable at 25℃. So the optimal temperature for mass - rearing was 25 ℃.
