摘要
从纳豆中分离纯化得到纳豆菌,并从纳豆中提取纳豆激酶、纳豆抑菌物质2种粗提物,分别用2种粗提物和纳豆菌培养液对仔猪肠道乳杆菌、大肠杆菌等6种常见菌作体外抑菌试验,结果显示:纳豆菌培养液的抑菌作用较其它2种提取物强,对葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌等表现出明显的抑菌作用,而对沙门氏菌、乳酸杆菌抑菌作用不明显。
Bacillus natto were obtained from purchased natto by division and purification, and two raw fluids of nattokinase(NK) and natto bacteriostatic substances were extracted from natto, and applied in bacteriostatic tests against six bacteria in vitro, such as Laetobaeillus and E. eoli, etc. The result showed that the culture solution of Bacillus natto had stronger bacteriostatic function than that of other two raw fluids of natto against intestine bateria, such as E. eoli and Staphylococcus, but its effect on Salmonella and Laetobaeillus was not evident.
