摘要 研究了不同含量聚醚二元醇对柔性不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)技术和性能指标的影响,并用其合成了一种综合性能较好的柔性不饱和聚酯树脂,研究了交联单体及其固化体系对聚醚合成的柔性不饱和聚酯树脂性能的影响。实验结果表明,合成的柔性UPR的拉伸强度为2.438 MPa,拉伸模量为3.7 MPa,伸长率为65.4%。而邵氏A硬度为65.8。获得了最佳稀释剂、促进剂和固化剂用量比例,即苯乙稀含量为33%~36%,促进剂和固化剂比为1∶1,用量为0.8%~1%。 In this paper, the effects of different proportion of polyether glycol (PEG) on the qualification and performance index of the flexible unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) were investigated. With the polyether glycol, a kind of flexible unsaturated polyester resin having good combination property was synthesized. The test showed that, its tensile strength was 2.438 MPa, modulus of stretch was 3.7 MPa, extensibility was 65.4% and hardness (shore A) was 65.8. Finally, the effects of cross linker and curing system on the use tevel of flexible unsaturated polyester resin were also investigated. The optimal use level ranges of diluent, accelerant and curing agent were obtained such as, styrene mass fraction was 33% - 36% ; diluent/accelerant was 1 : 1 which mass fraction was 0.8 % - 1%.
