摘要
柯深101井是一口高温、高压、高产、超深凝析气井,井深6850m,地层温度148.9℃,地层压力高达121.14MPa,最高日产气213619m3/d,油126.75t/d。地面工艺流程系统涉及多门学科,技术难度大。针对其异常高温高压含蜡特点,提出了“一用一备”的地面流程方式,实行远程控制,数据采集与生产管理。解决了流程复杂的问题,降低了管理风险和难度。实践证明:该井地面工艺流程是安全可靠和可行的。对超深、超高压油气井的勘探开发具有重要意义。
Well Keshen 101 is a high temperature of 148.9℃ ,high pressure of 121.14MPa,high production of 213619m3/d,oil 126.75t/d and ultra deep gas condensate well of 6850 meters in depth. Surface technique process system relates to various specialitis and highly difficult technology. In view of the characteristic of super high temperature, high pressure and high wax content, a surface flow circuit called ′one operation one standby is presented, long-distance control, data acquisition and production management are realized, the complex problem of flow circuit is resolved, the risk and difficulty of management reduced. Field practice proves: The surface technique process of the well is safe and feasible. it is of great significance to the exploration of super-deep and super-high pressure wells.
