摘要
目的 建立测定姜赤凝胶剂中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 使用日本岛津LC-90A液相色谱仪,LC-10AD泵,SPD-10A紫外检测器,CLC-ODS色谱柱(5μm,150mm×60mm);流动相:甲醇-水(45:55);流速:1mL·min^-1,柱温32℃,检测波长:230nm。结果 该方法测定芍药苷在0.08-0.80μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996)。芍药苷的平均回收率为100.61%,测定结果RSD为0.89%(n=6)。结论 该测定方法简单、精密度高、重现性好,是测定姜赤凝胶剂中芍药苷含量的可行方法。
Objective To establish a method for determinating paeoniflorin in jiangchi gel by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows: CLC-ODS column(5μm, 150 mm×60 mm)used as the stationary phase, and methanol-water (45 : 55) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 ,and the detecting wavelength 230 nm. Results A good linearity was obtained within the range of 0.08 ~ 0.80 μg·mL^-1 of paeoniflorin (r = 0.999 6). The average recovery rate of paeoniflorin was 100.61% ( n = 6, RSD = 0.89% ). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate which can be used to determine paeoniflorin contents in jiangchi gel.
