摘要
“减加法”量化评定勘察设计产品质量方法的基本思想,是以经济利益为纽带,减加质量分值为考核手段,在各责任人之间进行量化的质量分值转移,实现量化质量考核结果之目的。
The fundamental concept on assessment method about quantification of quality for investigation and design product by method of addition and subtraction is quality point value transference by quantification among each person responsible with economic benefit as link and point value of addition and subtraction as evaluation method so as to realize the achievement of quantification quality evaluation.
