喷射沉积ZA35合金的组织与力学性能 被引量:11

摘要 采用了喷射沉积技术制备ZA35合金,并添加合金元素Mn,研究了其成形后的组织与力学性能。结果表明,喷射沉积锌铝合金的抗拉强度同金属型铸造相比,室温时高出41.4%,150℃时高出53.3%,180℃时高出63.5%。伸长率随温度升高而明显增加。其晶粒细小,组织分布均匀,ε相和Mn相化合物分布于晶界和枝晶间,能够抑制枝晶的发展,细化组织。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of ZA35-3.5 Mn alloy formed by spray deposition process were studied. The results show that the tensile strength of ZA alloy by spray forming process is 41.4% higher at room-temperature, 53.3% higher at 150℃, 63.5% higher at 180℃ than that by metallic mould. The elongation increases obviously when the temperature is increased. The grains are refined and microstructures distribute homogeneously. The ε phase and Mn phase which distribute between grain boundary and interdendritic may inhibit the development of dendritic, the microstructures are refined.
