摘要
采用无粘结剂干砂消失模铸造对变质的ZL102合金结晶组织及力学性能进行了研究,通过正交试验得出铸件力学性能、结晶组织和各种工艺因素之间的关系,试验结果表明干砂消失模铸造适用于薄壁小铸件,最佳工艺参数为使用25kg/m3密度的EPS模样,加入3.5%变质剂,浇注温度为760℃,最后对试验结果做了详尽的理论分析。
In this paper, the crystallized structure and mechanical properties of modified ZL102 alloy in dry unbonded sand lost form process were investigated. Through orthogonal experiment, the relationship among the mechanical properties, microstructure and kinds of technique factors was obtained. The result indicates that the lost form casting process is fit for thinner section size castings, and the optimum technique factors are 25 kg/m^3 EPS density used, 3.5% modify agent added and 760 ℃ pouring temperature. At last, theoretic analyzing on the experimental results was done.
