炉料配比是铸件生产中的一个重要工序,随着计算机软件硬件条件的改善,利用计算机技术来进行炉料配比,显示出越来越大的优势。介绍了计算机铸造炉料配比软件系统开发的基本思路和原理,并介绍了华铸炉料配比系统——华铸FCS的基本功能及应用实例。应用表明,华铸FCS能够实现自动炉料配比,手动炉料配比,炉前炉料配比,在配比过程考虑到了元素的烧损,并且能够实现最小成本配比,这样一方面实现了准确的炉料配比,另一方面实现了成本的最低化,对实际铸件生产有一定指导作用。

Foundry charging mixing process is an important step of casting production. With the development of computer hardware and software, it has a lot of advantages to calculate the foundry charging mixing by foundry charging mixing software.
