摘要 “双师型”教师的出现是职业教育发展的必然结果。自“双师型”教师概念提出以后,人们对其内涵进行了不同角度的探讨。本文从国家教育政策的视角出发,详细分析了双师型教师的内涵、特征以及双师型教育应具备的基本素质和能力特征,具有较强的教育培养适用价值。 "Double Teachers" is the emergence of the inevitable result of the development of vocational education. Since the "double teachers" concept was put forward, people have discussed different perspectives of its connotation. From the perspective of national education policy, this paper has a detailed analysis on the double-meaning teachers, double-feature, as well as the basic quality of education and capacity characteristics, which is of strong educational and training referential value.
