高校和谐德育是顺应和谐社会建设的时代背景和提升德育工作实效性的现实需求而提出的,是在继承传统德育模式优良效应基础之上建立并发展起来的新的德育工作模式。和谐德育的实现必须通过德育的和谐来实现,这就要求我们在开展德育工作时,必须要以和谐的理念来指导德育工作,以和谐的思维来开展德育工作,以和谐的标准来检验德育工作。

The new work mode of harmonious moral education in colleges is put forward on the basis of succeeding to the good effect of traditional moral education mode, which can conform to the time background of harmonious socialist construction and the realistic requirement of advancing the actual effect of moral education. The achievement of harmonious moral education must rely on the harmony of moral education, so in carrying out moral work, we must be under the guidance of the harmonious concept, harmonious thinking and harmonious criterion.
