摘要
在社会建构主义理论下外语教师的角色不仅仅是起中介作用,在发挥学生学习的自主性的同时,教师教学也应该发挥其自主性。教师完成其中介作用的能力就来自于教师自主性,教师自主性是完成其中介作用的先决条件,二者是相互依赖的。教师自主性发展途径可通过对专业的反思、探究性实践和行动研究来完成。
This paper focuses on the teachers' role according to social constructive theory. The author points out foreign language teachers should not only play the role of mediation but also have their autonomy. Teachers' autonomy is the prerequisite of mediation and they are interdependent. Teachers can get teachers' autonomy through such three stages as the reflective practice, the exploratory practice and action research.
