摘要
浙江巨化股份有限公司硫酸厂200 kt/a硫铁矿制酸装置净化系统采用美国孟莫克动力波洗涤技术。生产实践证明,该工艺技术先进,设备性能良好、耐腐蚀性强,自动化程度高,对硫铁矿制酸炉气适应性强,能满足净化工序降温、除尘的工艺要求。
A 200 kt/a sulphuric acid plant of Zhejiang Juhua Stock Co., Ltd adopted MECS＇s DynaWave scrubber technology in its cleaning section. The operation showed that the technology was advanced in operation performance, corrosion resistance, automation and flexibility to pyrite roaster gas and could meet the requirement of gas cleaning section for cooling and dust removal.
