重点论述了建立电力通信业务监视记录系统的必要性和可行性,针对电力通信网的现状介绍了通信业务监视记录系统的组成、功能和所需解决的问题,指出了业务数据采集、高效率的数据压缩和功能丰富的数据分析是系统成功的关键技术。该系统的建立对深入分析通信业务如何影响电网事故和对改进电力通信业务的管理水平,将具有非常重要的意义。
This paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of the supervision recording system of telecommunication service. Aiming at the actuality Of electric power communication network, it introduces the function of the supervision recording system and the problems that can be resolved. It also introduces the structure of the system, and points out that service data acquisition, high efficient data compression and fully functional data analysis are the key technologies. This system has great significance for the improvement of management level of power communication services.
