Quzhou Electric Power Company adopts Harris H20-20 exchanger as exchange platform in its dispatching network. Harris H20-20 is an integrated services digital stored-program control exchanger. Because of its high reliability and operation stability, it is widely used in electric power system. This paper describes the structure and composition of Quzhou electric power dispatching telephone exchange network, analyzes its exchange platform, dispatching terminal and dispatching access in counties in detail. It summarizes the advantages and characteristics of equipment backup, channel backup, internal signaling and extension trunking signaling. The characteristics of dispatching phone network and the principle of reliability mechanism are also discussed and the connec- tion characteristics between Q signaling and Siemens EWSD administrative exchange are introduced.
