乳腺癌组织中Muc1的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨Muc1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测40例乳腺癌组织中Muc1的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中Muc1表达与腋窝淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度和E-cadherin及C-erbB-2表达密切相关(P均<0.05)而与肿瘤直径、浸润性、临床分期无明显关系(P均>0.05)。结论Muc1表达与乳腺癌的转移具有密切关系,对于乳腺癌的预后判断有一定意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of Mucl in human breast cancer tissue and to approach the value ot Mucl on prognosis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of Mucl were examined by immunohistochemistry in 40 specimens with primary breast cancer. Results In 40 cases with breast cancer, there showed a closely relationship among expression of Mucl and metastasis of axillary nodes, differentiated degree of oncosis, C-erbB-2 and E- cadherinin expression in breast cancer(P〈0.05). However, therewas no relationship among.expression of Mucl and tumour diameter, invasion and clinical stage (P〉0. 05). Conclusion The expression of Mucl is closely associated with the growth and transformation of breast cancer, which can be considered as estimation of breast cancer prognosis.
