我国文献计量学信息计量学课程建设的理念与实践

Theories and Practice in the Course Construction of Bibliometrics and Informetrics

早在1983年,邱均平教授在国内率先为图书馆学、情报学等专业开设必修课“文献计量学”,后来又为信息管理与信息系统专业主讲“信息计量学”课程,并撰著和出版了教材《信息计量学》。笔者从自己的亲身经历和体验出发,总结和论述了我国文献计量学信息计量学课程建设的基本问题,包括课程建设的意义、原则、教材建设、教学内容、教学方法等,从而有利于建设精品课程,培养优秀人才,促进我国文献计量学信息计量学专业教育的发展。

Professor Qiu started a required course of Bibliometries for students major in Library and Information Science in 1983. Then he went on giving lectures about Informetrics to students major in Information Management and System. We summarize and discuss the construction of courses about Bibliometrics and Informetrics from our experience, including the significance and the principles of course construction and the contents of it, such as teaching material, teaching contents and teaching methods with the purpose of constructing intensive courses, cultivating excellent persons, and promoting the education of Bibliometrics and Informetrics in our country.
