我国高校数字图书馆的建设和服务,主要涉及文献数字化复制、信息网络传播和数据库建设,须注重他人著作权与自身著作权保护的统一,区分合理使用、法定许可和授权许可等不同情形的著作权保护。

The construction and service of digital library in our country＇s universities involves digital copy of literature, information spread by network and construction of data bases. It should strengthen the unification of the protection of copyright of others and itself, and distinguish the protection of copyright among fair use, statutory license and authorized license.
