摘要
绩效评价是组织知识管理的重要环节。本文在科学评估国内外学者设计的有关组织知识管理绩效评价指标体系的基础上,提出了组织知识管理绩效评价指标体系设计必须遵循的一般原则和基本依据,阐释了一个组织知识管理绩效评价指标体系赖以附着的逻辑框架和面向特定对象的解释系统。
Performance appraisal is an important part of organization knowledge management. Based on scientifically evaluating the systems in home and abroad, the paper presents the principles and foundations which building an index system of performance appraisal in knowledge management should obey. The logical framework and explanation system to special objects which an index system must attach to are also expounded here.
