摘要
执行力文化就是把“执行力”作为所有行为的最高准则和终极目标的文化。它涉及的是“怎样做正确的事”,决定事情的效果。图书馆执行力文化是图书馆价值观得以体现的根本保证,也是搞好图书馆建设的关键。引入竞争机制能提高员工素质和责任心,促进图书馆事业的发展。
Culture executive force is about how to make correct things and determine the effect of things. Library culture executive force is the basic ensure to embodiment the values of library and it's also the key to manage the library work . Introduce competition system can improve personnel's quality and sense of responsibility; promote the development of library work.
