THE NEAR OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECT AND SAFETY OF 125I IMPLANTATION ON PATIENTS WITH UNRESECTABLE PANCREATIC CARCINOMA

摘要 目的探索微创介入技术在晚期胰腺癌,特别是囊性病灶中的安全性及疗效。方法对不能切除的5例晚期胰腺癌植入125I粒子。结果术后随访2~6个月,所有病例全部进展。有部分病例疼痛在术后有所减轻。结论125I粒子植入晚期胰腺癌患者效果不理想。 Objective To study the effect and safety of ^125I implantation on patients with unresectable pancreatic carcinoma. Methods Five patients with unresectable pancreatic carcinoma have been treated by ^125I seeds implantation under CT guidance according to TPS. Results 5 cases all have progression in followed up two - six months later. The abdominal pain was relieved 7 days after the implantation. Conclusion ^125I seeds implantation does show some therapeutic effects for advanced pancreatic carcinoma. Yet, the seed spatial distribution by seed computer treatment planning system does needs further consummation.
