摘要
数字参考咨询是图书馆参考咨询服务工作,是随着网络化环境发展和医院信息化进程而衍生的一种新型参考咨询服务方式。是为医院医疗、教学、科研和管理提供信息服务的有效手段。本文就医院图书馆数字参考咨询实际工作中有关常见问题设置和分类、数字化服务个性化以及咨询服务的专业化问题等进行探讨,以更好地为医院信息化服务。
Digital reference service（DRS） as a new model of reference service is derived from the development of web and the informationization of the hospitals. DRS is the effective service for the medical work, education, scientific research and the administration of hospitals. In order to provide better services to the users, the topics from DRS practice, such as establishment and classification of FAQ, the individuation of the DRS and the specialization of the service team are discussed in this article.
