摘要
为了准确的记录细胞离子通道电流信号,本文介绍了一种新的膜片钳放大器的监测通路设计方法,文章首先对前置放大器设计与其动态模型分析做出描述,通过新的电路设计配合软件算法实现了模拟信号的数字控制,自动实现了离子通道信号的重建,而且用户可在任何需要时候方便的完成通路的调试和校准以确保了实验精度。标准细胞模型和噪声测试结果表明该通路设计性能良好,可满足全细胞与单通道实验要求。
In order to record the ion channel current in cell membrane precisely, a novel design method of current monitor pathway for patch - clamp amplifier is described. The paper firstly discusses the design of the preamplifier and its dynamic characteristics. Then, a series of analog circuits digitally controlled by computer are used to reconstruct the channel signals automatically. The pathway could be adjusted and calibrated by user at any required time to guarantee the experimental precision. The standard cell model and noise tests show that the designed pathway has good performances, which satisfy the requirements of whole-cell and single-channel recordings.
