摘要 本文在对现有应用于方位测井的陀螺仪进行性能比较基础之上,提出了一种以压电陀螺为惯性敏感元件的新的方位测井法,并实现了包括机械结构和电子电路在内的方位测井短接的软、硬件设计。该系统采用快速小波滤波对陀螺输出数据进行了优化,对各种削弱有用信号,降低测量精度的干扰源进行了误差补偿,并运用快速定位与精细逼近相结合的测量方法,实现了系统设计精度(Δθ<±0.3°),同时达到快速测量的目的(Δt<125s)。实验证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。 Based on the performance analysis of the azimuth well logging gyroscopes used at present, a new method of azimuth well logging measurement is proposed, which uses piezoelectric gyroscope as the inertia sensor. The hardware and software including the mechanical structure and the electronic circuit of the azimuth jointer were designed. The disturbance error sources that corrupt useful signal and deteriorate the accuracy of the well longing jointer are compensated and the output signal accuracy of the gyroscope is optimized by fast wavelet filtering. Good system design accuracy (△θ ±0. 3°) and fast measurement speed (△t 〈 125s) are both realized through combining fast positioning and small angle approach algorithms. Experiments prove the validity and practicability of this method.
