“十五”期间国家社科基金项目的计量学研究

对“十五”国家社科基金项目的系统分布、时间分布、学科分布、地区分布等进行了调研分析,借以探讨我国社会科学研究的状况。经济学仍然是未来相当长时期内的研究热点,社科研究力量在系统、单位及地区的分布极不均衡,表现出很强的离散态势。国家在制定社科研究规划中,既要考虑重要基地建设,又要考虑其覆盖的范围,应“点”“面”结合,以“点”带“面”。

The paper makes an investigation and survey on the social science funding projects during tenth 5- year plan from the aspects of system, time, subject and region distribution, thus to discuss the status of our social science research. Economics is still going to be the re.arch focus in the long future, while the development of social science is unbalanced and dispersed. Our country, while making social research plan, shall take both base construction and scope into consideration.
