摘要
20世纪90年代以来,国内高校普遍采用科研量化考核方法对教职工科研水平进行考核。但是国内高校科研量化考核方案普遍存在量化赋分随意性较大、缺乏足够依据的共同性问题。对此,文献[2]提出了难度系数法,讨论了一个标准化科研量化考核具体方法。本文基于中国科学院SCI期刊分区规则,对文献[2]提出的难度系数法和具体结论进行了进一步完善。
Most colleges in china have adopted quantification method to evaluate research level of their faculty since 1990s. So it is a general problem that evaluation schemes are different with the colleges for the absence of enough proof. A new medlod i.e. difficulty factor method and corresponding scheme are suggested in reference [2]. In this paper, more perfection work has been done based on SCI journal zoning rule of CAS.
