The paper expatiates the concepts and characteristics of invisible web, expatiates the reason of its forming in the information navigation system. It puts forwards the way to collect the resources of invisible web by manual, automatization and the combine of manual and machine, integrates the resources by ruling and marking the resources and setting up stride database search base, and discusses the law problems which should be noticed in the course of the collection and integration at the last.
