图书馆面向企业用户信息需求的模式研究——构建网上企业信息资源共建共享系统

企业信息资源体系建设,是保证企业正确决策的基础性工作。图书馆具有为企业提供信息服务的优势,建立一个网上企业资源管理系统来为企业的决策服务。通过共同创建信息资源共建共享的总体思路,创建有效的人力资源共享机制,在建立网络专家咨询平台、网上信息交流平台、入网企业档案库、信息服务反馈机制、与企业相关的客户档案的同时,对企业用户开展信息素质的培养,从而形成一个企业信息服务大平台。
